Dear coworkers,

Blessings!

The 2^nd pastorsʼ conference for we are looking forward to is coming near. We pray that this conference is a great experience for you. I believe we are going to have great fellowship, encouragement and lots of inspiration.

During our last conference in Austin on April 13-15, we agreed that we plan to hold our next conference in Fort Worth on November 9-11, 2008 so that we are able to attend one dayʼs sessions (on Nov. 10) of Annual BGCT convention (on Nov. 10-11) at Tarrant county conference center in Fort Worth. On November 10 there is one special ABC (American Born Chinese) ministry workshop (at 4:00-5:00pm) for us to attend. Pastor Coleman Chong, an experienced (ABC) pastor in Houston area, is going to lead the workshop.

After the workshop session we will leave for supper and then we continue our

Sessions in the Best Inn Hotel (see the attached file). We will continue our pastorsʼ meeting at the hotel until noontime of the 11^th (see the attached file for our schedule).

We will leave for home after lunch.

Would you please let us know if you plan to attend this important conference and also let us know if you need to stay at the hotel (for the 9^th and 10^th ), so that we can make arrangement for you. Please contact me if you have further questions. I can be reached at 281-380-3758.
